PJM in addition to ensure support during the activation phase of products and to provide a service of eventual training on the use of products that are installed during the start-up phase, it is pleased to offer a complete service, including ensuring support assistance in use of the installed procedures and letting himself at full disposal to assist the on-line customer, by phone or personally at the place. The assistance that our solid reality is pleased to offer is divided into 4 big points, for a speedy and high quality service in every company.

  1. REPAIR HARDWARE through problem diagnosis, replacement / repair of any damaged parts
  2. RECOVERY SOFTWARE through diagnosis of the problems, configurations or reconfigurations, installation or removal, recovery of operating systems
  3. RESTORING NETWORK via diagnose problems, configurations or reconfigurations, replacement / repair of eventually damaged network technologies
  4. PROTECTIVE COMPUTER SOLUTIONS via the installation or software update, restoring damage from viruses, restore damage from external intrusions and installation of preventive packages.
