AVIO DPM & CORALLO WEB
Service: the project involves the conversion of the applications Corallo WEB (database management applicative designed to archiving and consultation of engineering manuals) and Avio DPM (Application finalized to the insertion and consultation of business practices) from Access 2003 to SQL Server 2008. The activities include: collection of detailed requirements and structuring of a new implementative solution, integration and verification of logical and relational links between tables, adapting the administrative panel and statistical management, release to manufacturing and updating of user documentation.

SPIA
Service: Structures Portanti Innovative Aeronautical. Goal of the program SPIA is to achieve a radical improvement in the performance of the production process through the design, implementation and field-testing of methodologies and technologies related paradigm of intelligent factory.

VINCENTE
Service: a Virtual Collective INtelligence ENvironment to develop sustainable Technology Entrpreneurship ecosystems.Goal of the program VINCENTE is to design, implement and test a methodological platform, technology and services for the creation of ecosystems for sustainable entrepreneurship, ie optimizing the use of resources, enhance the knowledge, respect the environment and ethical values and ensure social inclusion. The project define and test a new approach to technological entrepreneurship leveraging on relevant scientific areas such as Open Innovation, Collective Intelligence, Enterprise Social Software.

KHIRA
Service: Knowledge based Holistic Integrated Research Approach. Target of Khira program is to create a technological platform, a methodological framework and a critical mass of expertise related to the life cycle of the product which is an expression of the new holistic engineering.

KITE
Service: Knowledge and business Intelligence Technologies in Cross-Enterprise Environments for Italian Adv Mechanical Industry. Target of KITE.it program is to develop a technological and methodological framework to support transition to a value network models of chains of advanced mechanics businesses, with particular reference to the value chains of the complex areas.

MANAGEMENT OF PROGRAMS AND RESEARCH
Service: the purpose of the activity involves the optimization of current methods of management of programs and projects through the development and testing of new models to support Monitoring and Control Project phases. The models, according to the objectives, must be characterized by an increased predictive power of the dynamics of the project variables.

DOCUMENT & CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT
Service: the purpose of the activity is to map the documentation under a vision for "processes" which in turn requires a study to face a new type of classification based on different criteria from those currently used.

RAMS ANALYSIS
Service: revision and updating of analysis FMECA and FHA after the engine configuration of TP400 (engine of the new military aircraft A400) and setting and relative drafting of the Maintainability Analysis document (MSG-3: Maintenance Steering Group-3) on the basis of Maintenance Concept.

RAMS - PROJECT SAM146
Service: support activities for drafting of analysis FMECA of SAM146 ADT project and updating it after developments of the project. Drafting and updating of technical reports relating to any analysis package FMECA SAM 146 ADT, in which we highlight the functional characteristics of the product, describes the engineering solutions adopted and summarizing the results.

RAMS - PROJECT TP400
Service: review and update the analysis FMECA and FHA as a result of the evolution of TP400 PGB project (power unit of the new A400M military aircraft), _ setting and the Maintainability Analysis document drafting and preparation of technical reports relating to analysis FMECA and FHA TP400 PGB.

VIVACE
Service: planning and management of activities and management of budgeting and final internal accounting to AVIO and towards the Program Office VIVACE (Value Improvement trough a Virtual Aeronautical Collaborative Enterprise).

RAMS - NEWAC
Service: management, organization and interface with the body AVIO SPA Combustion Systems, of reliability activities related to the project NEWAC Combustor (NEW Aero engine Core concepts) to the combustor module, which Avio participates along with some European universities and companies such as: UNIKA , UNIFI, ONERA, ENGINESOFT and CEPr.

VULNERABILITY ANALYSIS
Service: highlighting the effects deriving from the damage caused by the impact of a bullet of 12.7 mm diameter with a speed of 610 m/s, which may be Hazardous to motor level.

VULCAIN2 LOx TURBOPUMP
Service: drafting FMEA analysis relating to VULCAIN2 DSP test bench and updating it after developments of the project linked to issues raised through the analysis and discussed in the CRD (critical design review) with AVIO project managers.

MANUAL MATRIX - MERP
Service: development and customization of PDM MatrixOne software to manage, in an integrated and structured manner, the management processes of invitations to tender and market management. The developed system consists of three modules: MERP.GARE, MERP-GEMERP and MERP-NORM.

COURSE BUSINESS PLAN
Service: training program developed in three days, divided into interventions of theoretical introduction of the topics and methodologies, followed by practical group exercises.

COURSE EXCEL
Service: training program aimed at making more solid and improve the knowledge and the use of applicative MS Excel in order to provide the basis for the best use of the application for processing and submission of data necessary for sales.
